Resolution Minerals (NYSE:RML)
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Resolution Minerals Limited (ASX:RML; Nasdaq:RML) will commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market today under the ticker RML, establishing a U.S. capital-markets presence as the Company advances its Horse Heaven gold and critical minerals project in Idaho.American Depositary Shares (ADSs) representing Resolution’s ordinary shares will trade on Nasdaq, with each ADS representing 200 ordinary shares. Resolution will maintain its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange and no capital raising is associated with the Nasdaq listing.
The U.S. listing comes as Resolution advances a major exploration program at its Horse Heaven Project in Idaho, where its Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge assets provide exposure to gold, tungsten and antimony.
Golden Gate is currently the subject of Resolution’s largest drilling program to date, designed to further define the scale and extent of its emerging gold and tungsten system. Antimony Ridge provides a second development opportunity focused on high-grade antimony.
Both Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge have received FAST-41 Permitting Status, reflecting their potential strategic relevance as future domestic sources of tungsten and antimony as the United States seeks to strengthen critical mineral supply chains.
Resolution Managing Director Ari Zaetz said:
“The commencement of trading on Nasdaq is a very important strategic milestone for Resolution Minerals and the natural progression of our growing presence in the United States.
“Our focus remains firmly on advancing the Horse Heaven Project in Idaho. At Golden Gate, we are undertaking our largest drilling program to date as we work to define the scale and extent of the emerging gold and tungsten system, while Antimony Ridge provides a second development opportunity focused on high-grade antimony.
“With both Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge now recognised under the FAST-41 framework, Resolution is increasingly well positioned within the U.S. push to establish secure domestic supplies of critical minerals. The Nasdaq listing complements this strategy by increasing our visibility and accessibility to U.S. investors as we continue to advance Horse Heaven.”
The Nasdaq listing is expected to broaden Resolution’s visibility with U.S. investors and capital markets as it progresses Horse Heaven. The Company has also identified increased potential for U.S. broker research exposure, future capital-markets access and engagement around U.S. Government funding and development incentives.
Resolution joins a U.S.-listed critical minerals peer group that includes MP Materials, Perpetua Resources, Almonty Industries, USA Rare Earth and Energy Fuels.
